I tried to contact the company by email and phone,leaving messages on the voicemail, i did this on several occasions from boxing day without any reply os feedback. However please note the build quality is not what it should be. My 13 year old son 12 stone uses it and we had problems. First the welding on the base broke so we returned it Argos only for this to happen again.
