Same issue. Downloaded driver the one I thought and still no good. Go to the motorola website and find Bionic, then in the lower righthand corner or side there is a Download Driver button, its basically an update if you already have the MOTO drivers installed..
I had the D1 so I already had the moto drivers installed. Joined Jan 17, Messages 2 Reaction score 0. Try again after turning off the Bluetooth device and then turning it back on.
If the operation again fails to initialize, try again after restarting this computer. You may get this error if the drivers are not updated, or if the driver has gone corrupt. Step 1: Manually start the Bluetooth service. Click Start, type services. From the list of items, double click Bluetooth Support Service.
Change the startup type to Automatic and click Start button to start service. Step 2: Update Bluetooth Device Driver. Steps to update the device driver:.
Click Device Manager If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. In the Device manager locate the Bluetooth device. Click the Driver tab, and then select Update driver. Link for reference: Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly. Step 3: Uninstall the Bluetooth device, restart the computer and install the latest drivers. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback.
